Help shape the next century of flight…
…we do it every day!

By becoming a member of NAA, you are joining one of the world's oldest aviation organizations. NAA traces its roots all the way back to 1905, less than two years after the Wright Brothers flew at Kitty Hawk. Our members have been the driving force behind our success and longevity over 100 years of existence.

There are lots of great benefits to being a member of the National Aeronautic Association: the newsletter (The NAA Record), a subscription to Air & Space Magazine, and free sporting licenses, just to name a few. But perhaps even more important, NAA membership gets you a seat at America's aerospace table.

Members of NAA join the country's most important aerospace pioneers and cutting-edge innovators. Examples from the past are: Orville and Wilbur Wright, Amelia Earhart, James Doolittle, Charles Lindbergh, Alexander Graham Bell, Adm. Richard E. Byrd, Fiorella La Guardia. And, still today, famous aviators such as Chuck Yeager and Burt Rutan play a major part in NAA's activities.

NAA's members—including individual pilots, aeromodelers, skydivers, aerospace corporations, astronauts, and everyday aviation enthusiasts–help support the association in its role as a leader in the aerospace community. NAA is the custodian of aerospace's most prestigious awards, and oversees all records attempted within the United States.

You can learn more about the types of membership we have available–and which one suits you best: Individual (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum), Corporate, Affiliate and Aero Club memberships. One of these is bound to suit your needs!
